Jet Black Drivers ("we," "us," "our") is a chauffeur service operating in the New York City and New Jersey area. This page explains what this website collects, where it goes, and what New York law gives you the right to ask. The site is built and hosted by RunKeepAI.
The short version
This site does not have a contact form that stores your information on a server. The "Send on WhatsApp" button opens a pre-filled message and hands it to your own WhatsApp app — it is sent from your device, over WhatsApp, directly to Jet Black Drivers' number. This website never receives, stores, or has access to that message. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising on this site.
What this site does not collect
Because the booking flow hands off to WhatsApp instead of submitting to a server this site controls, this site itself does not receive or store your name, phone number, or the details you type into the form fields. Once you tap "Send on WhatsApp," everything from that point on is between you and Jet Black Drivers, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
This site does not process payment of any kind, so it never sees a card number.
Automatically, from any visit
Our host (Cloudflare) records ordinary web server information for any page load — the page requested, the time, a browser type, and an IP address. That is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. This site does not run analytics or advertising scripts that follow you elsewhere.
WhatsApp and Instagram
Booking on this site opens WhatsApp. Jet Black Drivers also has an Instagram account (@jetblack_drivers). Those are separate platforms operated by Meta, with their own privacy policies — once you leave this site for one of them, what happens is covered by their terms, not this page.
Your rights under New York law
New York does not yet have a comprehensive consumer data-privacy statute the way some states do. What does apply is the SHIELD Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law §§ 899-aa and 899-bb), which requires any business holding a New York resident's private information to maintain reasonable data safeguards and, since a December 2024 amendment, to notify affected residents within 30 days of discovering a breach. This site collects so little — and stores none of it server-side — that there is very little to protect in the first place. If that ever changes, this policy will say so plainly.
If you are a New Jersey resident, New Jersey’s breach notification law, N.J.S.A. 56:8-161 et seq., also applies, and we will notify you of any breach of your personal information as that law requires.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This policy may be updated. When it is, the "Last updated" date above changes.
